As we come to the end of another year, GroupHEALTH reflects on our mission to transform the way Canadians experience benefits. Here’s how we did in 2022.
- 500,000¹ plan members and their families can prioritize their health because Canadian businesses are choosing to take care of their best asset – their employees.
- Over 463,000¹ plan members, clients, and practitioners know more about employee benefit plans by connecting with the Claims & Contact Center.
- An estimated $44,000 in savings as plan members see clearer thanks to our exclusive partnership with Bailey Nelson.
- An average of 30,000 monthly phone calls, emails, and interactions our service teams have had with clients so they can better serve their plan members.
- 23,300 consults by plan members with TELUS Health Virtual Care, receiving medical support when they needed it most.
- Nearly 3,400 members of community services organizations across Canada are supported by GroupHEALTH plans so they can continue helping others in our local communities.
- 1,000 trees were planted thanks to our partnership with Tree Canada and clients like you, by supporting paper-free plan services.

To give our employees time to spend with their loved ones this season, the myGroupHEALTH Contact Center will be operating with limited hours during the following dates:
- Friday, December 23: 8AM-3PM EST
- Monday, December 26: Closed
- Tuesday, December 27: Closed
- Friday, December 30: 8AM-3PM EST
- Monday, January 2: Closed
